How we approach it
This division handles the work that changes how you live in the house — kitchens, baths, finished basements, additions, and the decks and porches that extend it outward. One schedule, one point of contact, one punch list at the end.
The parts you can't see are the ones we're careful about: waterproofing behind the tile, moisture control before a basement gets framed, and additions tied into the existing structure and roofline so the seam doesn't leak in five years.
Decks and porches sit in this division too. Pressure-treated and composite, on footers dug to depth so the whole thing doesn't move with the frost.
