The detail
How we approach it
A leak around a chimney is almost never the chimney alone. It's the flashing, the crown, the counterflashing and the shingles all working as one assembly. Most homeowners end up with a roofer who won't touch masonry and a mason who won't touch the roof, and the leak comes back the next spring. We do both, so nobody's pointing at the other guy.
Every job starts with a free inspection. You'll get photos of what we actually find and a straight answer on whether you need a repair, a section, or a full replacement — including when the honest answer is that your roof has years left in it.
We work on asphalt shingle roofs of every pitch, low-slope and flat sections, and the ventilation that decides how long any of it lasts. Storm damage, insurance work, and the slow leaks nobody can trace all come through this division.
